Here's an over the top graduation menu for that special someone featuring delicious seafood stars.  You can always serve just one type of seafood and add burgers, steak or chicken.

  • In general, plan for about 8-15 crabs per person.  Be sure to get a head count of crab eaters in order not to over purchase
  • bushel of large crabs contains 6-8 dozen depending on size.  Check with your seafood purveyor before purchase.  
  • Availability, sizes and prices vary depending on your location.
