Taking It to the
Beach
This
menu is great for a picnic or beach party, easy to pack and go.
Put the shrimp in plastic bags in a cooler with ice. Slice
the avocados, tomatoes and strawberries just before serving.
Make
it a little easier by adding small/medium shrimp to the pasta salad
instead of preparing the Creole Boiled Shrimp. Also if you are
not grilling, substitute cold fried
chicken or cold chicken breast strips (with a tasty dipping sauce) for
the sausage and tortillas. Use
canned whipping cream if desired. Substitute watermelon slices
for the strawberries.
